Copycat recipe for two-bite brownies.
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1/4 cup flour
– 3/4 cup cocoa powder
– Mixing bowl
– Mini cupcake tin and liners
– Whisk & tbsp for measuring batter
First add your sugar and butter to the mixing bowl. Mix well. It’s okay if it looks chunky. It won’t be like that for long.
This will make 30 mini cupcake sized brownie bites. I used a tablespoon to measure out my batter. This is the perfect amount I find.
Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.
Told ya – Easy! Now just try not to eat them all in one sitting…
