Iced Cappuccino

This is still by far my favorite drink of all time!


– 4 cups of vanilla ice cream (about 8 scoops)
– 3/4 cup coffee creamer (or milk)
– 1 tbsp cocoa powder
– 3 tbsp iced coffee syrup
– 1 tsp instant espresso
– 8-10 ice cubes
– Blender

In the blender combine the ice cream, cocoa powder, instant espresso, coffee syrup and milk. Blend well. You’d like this to be a thinner consistency – it should flow easily. (You can always add more creamer or milk if too thick)

Then go ahead and add your ice. Mix really well. If it’s still too thin add some more ice. This makes 2 large servings.

You can also substitute the vanilla for chocolate ice cream for a chocolatier flavor.

For a more coffee flavor add another tsp of instant espresso.
